April 15, 2008 APM Music Launches New Film Trailer Library with Cirque du Soleil Composers
APM Music today is launching its new film trailer music library, “Sonic Elixir”, with two CDs of new compositions from Composer/Songwriters Ella Louise Allaire and Martin Lord Ferguson, who were part of the creative team behind the original score for KÀ by Cirque du Soleil as well as the Fina open water championship opening ceremonies and the new Saltimbanco arena show. Three more CDs of original compositions are being written now for release later in the year.

APM Music, the world’s leading production music library, signed a joint digital and mobile distribution agreement with AMUSE Entertainment Group B.V. to deliver its music catalogue to AMUSE’s global distribution network. The pilot phase of the program will see the initial ingestion of 500 tracks specifically selected from APM’s vast catalogue which includes such admired and high profile libraries as KPM, Bruton, Sonoton, Carlton, Kosinus, Electronic Arts and many more for a total library consisting of over 225,000 tracks.
